Approach coverage

Bolivar Municipal’s three approaches serve two runway ends, rather than all converging on one end. Two RNAV (GPS) procedures form the majority, while the VOR procedure provides an alternative approach type; with three procedures shared between two ends, one end has more than one published option. There is no separate airport diagram in the set.

Runways and surrounding coverage

The 4,000 ft asphalt runway provides nearly twice the length of the 2,120 ft turf strip, concentrating aircraft with greater runway-length needs on 18/36. Nearby, Springfield-Branson National has substantially broader chart coverage. Stockton Lake and Floyd W Jones Lebanon match Bolivar’s overall chart count, while Camdenton has slightly more and Downtown slightly fewer. The Kansas City Sectional adds wider-area VFR context beyond the terminal procedures.
