Prineville’s two published approaches are both RNAV (GPS) procedures and serve two of the airport’s four runway ends. Half of the runway-end choices therefore have no published instrument approach. The single departure procedure makes this a compact set, while the absence of an airport diagram leaves it without a dedicated airfield-layout sheet. Runway 11/29 provides 1,869 ft more length than 16/34, a substantial difference when matching runway length to an aircraft’s requirements.
KRDM has the broadest nearby procedure library, with 15 charts; KBDN’s eight is also broader than Prineville’s five. S33 and S21 have thinner coverage, at four and three charts respectively.
