Due to limits of FSX it is not possible to exactly depict the runway usage as only rwy1028 is operational during low visibility, so that might bug you in winters if using real world weather, especially if FSX uses rwy 09 for landing. Use the previous version of my AFCAD in that case.

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files. -
