The folder contains a repaint of Kittyhawk Studios Boeing 737-700 G-STRC in Astraeus colours. The aircraft was previously N361ML of Midway.

Included is:

G-STRC: Currently in service with Astraeus

The aircraft is a complete package and includes all necessary files. As presented it is configured to use the default B737-400 panel and sound. To get the best out of this excellent model it is recommended that you download and use a realistic 737 NG panel and also a suitable sound package of which there are several available on this site.

The fuselage and tail textures of the model are 32 bit with Alpha but with no mips for better quality, whilst the remaining textures are DXT3 for quicker load time. They are in the main hand painted and the cabin windows have been repositioned in accordance with detail photos. Please note that these textures are not for commercial sale and also are not affiliated with or endorsed by Astraeus.

Installation:

After unzipping the downloaded file then "copy and paste" or "drag and drop" the "Kittyhawk 737 Astraeus" folder from the unzipped file to the Microsoft Games\FS9\Aircraft folder. The aircraft will appear under the "Boeing 737-700" entry in the FS2004 index. The contents of the effects folder should copied and pasted into the Microsoft Games\FS9\Effects folder.

Thanks/Credits:

Special thanks to Erick Cantu and Kittyhawk Studios whose model and paint kit form the basis for the repaint.
