Editorial
The Harrier is easily one of the most iconic names in the history of aviation, and for most people of a certain generation it is the most popular aircraft name you will know; the Harrier!
However, this remake of the Harrier will help you get a new appreciation for just how detailed an aircraft this is. Having been remanufactured entirely from scratch to make unique flight dynamics that fit entirely with the specification and the standard of the real thing, this package does everything possible to make flying a Harrier feel as realistic as possible.
This has been created to work entirely with FSX so you don’t need to worry about any compatibility issues or problems with usage – it has been through a significant re-design process under the hood to get the overall design and the general facets that need to be included just right. This helps it all come together and look outstanding whilst matching the design quality with a deep and detailed level of performance that truly matches the real thing.
Now, you will have total control over this whether you are just flying along cruising or you are hitting top speeds; this is renowned as one of the most responsive aircraft of its generation so everything has been done to match this detail and realism perfectly. Various moving parts and animations have been added in there to fit in with the fact that the aircraft feels so realistic, too. Ailerons, rudders, nose wheel steering, canopies, flaps and nozzles all move realistically and fluently to add yet another level of depth to the level of realism that you were getting access to.
With maximum airspeeds of Mach 0.98, you’ll be able to burst through skies and feel the true force and power of something as detailed and powerful as this at your control. With panels and gauges all included, too, you should find it much easier to control the aircraft as it will have all of the features that you need to take control of it entirely and save you the trouble of crashing and making mistakes every time that you start to hit the top speeds!
With the Harrier, you’ll always feel in control and this is one of the most impressive parts of the entire aircraft. Everything in here has been adjusted and improved to make sure it runs at perfect pace and precision within FSX, making it nice and simple for you to fly around without any fears of having a lack of control over what is going on.
This is based on one of the most powerful aircraft of its era, so you will easily be able to understand what you are doing and what you are going through. By getting involved in this and sticking strongly to the instructions provided, you can easily get a realistic and detailed experience that few other Harrier packages are able to offer, giving you a first-hand glimpse of the sheer energy that this aircraft can constantly provide.
