A repaint (textures only) of the MAAM-SIM R4D/DC-3. It represents Trans Australia Airlines DC-3 VH-TAL as it would have appeared in the 1950s. Repaint by Wayne Tudor.

This represents Trans Australia Airlines DC-3 VH-TAL as it would have appeared in the 1950s. It was ex USAAF C-47A-30-DK 43-48105 and ex RAAF A65-58 (VH-CIK). It was acquired by TAA in 1946 and was in service with TAA until being sold to West African Airways Corp. in Nigeria in 1957. It was destroyed on the ground during the Nigerian Civil War in 1967.

  • Copy the included texture.TAA folder to your 'MAAM-SIM DC-3 Passenger' aircraft folder.
  • Add the following section to your MAAM-SIM DC-3 Passenger aircraft.cfg file, numbering it in sequence.
