East-West Airlines Douglas DC-3 VH-EWE brings a faithful 1960s Australian airline look to the MAAM-SIM R4D/DC-3 with crisp, period-correct textures and accurate registration details drawn from the aircraft’s service history. Built for FS2004, it requires the MAAM-SIM DC-3 Passenger model and enhances immersion in the virtual cockpit and exterior views.

A repaint (textures only) of the MAAM-SIM R4D/DC-3. It represents East-West Airlines DC-3 VH-EWE as it would have appeared in the 1960s. Repaint by Wayne Tudor.

This represents East-West Airlines DC-3 VH-EWE. It was ex USAAF C-47-DL 41-18646, c/n 6007 and had previously served TAA as VH-AER. Purchased by East-West Airlines as VH-EWF in 1955. It was re-registered as VH-EWE in 1958.

  • Copy the included texture.EW folder to your 'MAAM-SIM DC-3 Passenger' aircraft folder.
  • Add the following section to your MAAM-SIM DC-3 Passenger aircraft.cfg file, numbering it in sequence.
