FS2004 Propeller Aircraft
Hot Air Vickers Viscount 814
One of a pair of Hot Air Viscounts, this original Lufthansa aircraft became a…
West Africa Air Cargo’s Vickers Viscount 814 livery recreates 9G-ACL in period titles, bringing a distinctive late-1970s turboprop look to FS2004 with authentic markings and registration details. It requires the FSDS Viscount 800 model by Rick Piper and includes matching aircraft configuration entries for accurate in-sim identification.
Bought from Alidair in September 1977 where it had been G-AZNH, this aircraft was returned to the UK Airline in December the same year. It was due to be leased to Redcoat in January 1978 but it is not clear if that took place. It crashed on landing in Monrovia on the 10th June 1978 still wearing West Africa titles and registered 9G-ACL. Requires the FSDS Viscount 800 model by Rick Piper. By Garry Russell.
