FSX More Waves III

More Waves III enhances coastal surf in Microsoft Flight Simulator X with richer, more natural breakers that roll and animate like shallow-water waves, extending beyond a single line to better match real shoreline flow and counterflow. The updated effects bring livelier beaches and improved motion along coasts for a more convincing seascape.

The surf arrives to FSX! Improved coastal breakers with more waves, to move like the surf on shallow waters. Updated version for and tested only in FSX. By Luiz Alvarenga.

As before (FS9 version), the idea is improving the visual and movement of the surf, with more than a single line of breakers reaching the beach and having a natural balance of flow and counterflow. As before, the result is not so bad.

Effects tested only in FSX.

Installation:

Copy and paste the supplied files fx_waves.fx (to the "Effects" folder) and fx_swoosh.bmp and fx_swoosh2.bmp (to the "Effects/Texture" folder)
That's all!

If you want to restore the original files, they are in the supplied "Originals" folder.

FSX / P3D add-on

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place files per the readme

Most FSX add-ons go into one of: SimObjects\Airplanes\, Addon Scenery\, Effects\, or Gauges\.
