FSX Weapons For Alphasim B1B Lancer

Weapons and effects expand the Alphasim B-1B Lancer’s payload options in FSX with custom sound design, tuned WAV files, and reworked lighting for reliable operation. Conventional stores link to panel lights while nuclear loads trigger strobe lights, and the package requires three additional downloads listed in the included documentation.

This package is for the freeware B-1B Lancer, by Alpha Simulations.

I did not create the visual effects but did create the sound effects and wav. files, finding what I needed, I reconfigured the lights to make them work.

All weapons are tied into the panel lights for conventional weapons and the strobe lights for nuclear weapons.

You will need to download three more files to make this work. All links are in the readme file.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D add-on

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place files per the readme

    Most FSX add-ons go into one of: SimObjects\Airplanes\, Addon Scenery\, Effects\, or Gauges\.

  3. Always read the included readme
