Trans Island Air 2000’s Britten-Norman BN-2 Islander brings classic Caribbean island-hopping flavor to FSX with a complete virtual cockpit, dedicated panel, included gauges, and custom BN2 sound set. It captures the look and feel of the Barbados-based operator for short hops to the Grenadines and regional charter flying.

Trans Island Air 2000 was an airline which was based in Barbados and operated a variety of aircraft to the neighboring Grenadines and charters to the rest of the Caribbean. The airline flew Twin Otters, Aero Commander Shrikes and Islanders. The airline ceased flying after an accident of one of their Twin Otters which left the company bankrupt. Comes with VC, panel, gauges and custom BN2 sounds. By Kenje Thomas.

FSX / P3D add-on

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place files per the readme

    Most FSX add-ons go into one of: SimObjects\Airplanes\, Addon Scenery\, Effects\, or Gauges\.
