FS2004 AFCAD2 File For RJNN

RJNN Nagoya International Airport and Komaki Air Base receive a realism-focused AFCAD2 update for FS2004, refining gate coding, parking allocation, and operations on shared runway 34/16. Enhanced runway, touchdown zone, and taxiway lighting improves night and low-visibility handling, and it requires Eiichi Shimizu’s NN2K4016.ZIP scenery.

Nagoya Int'l Airport/Komaki AB, Japan, only for the for scenery made by Eiichi Shimizu (NN2K4016.ZIP). AFCAD2 file made by Dario F. Finazzi.

Overview of Nagoya Int'l Airport.

Overview of Nagoya Int'l Airport.

This is a mixed airport using the same runway 34/16, one is Nagoya Intl Airport and on the other side Komaki Airbase. I have tried to make everything as realistic as possible. On the Komaki AB have only put parkings for Cargo planes, as I assume that the Japanese Defense Army uses them more than fighter jets.

Some of the gates at the domestic airport side have been coded for JAL, ANA and JAS.

The runway has maximum lighting and even the touchdown zone lights are enabled. All taxiways are fully lighted with centerline. Landing at night under poor visibility conditions shouldn't be much of a problem.

Installation:

Just drop the folder AF2_RJNN into your \Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Addon Scenery\Scenery. To uninstall, follow the same path and delete the AF2_RJNN file. It will automatically be replaced with the MS stock file.

Enjoy!
