FSX McDonnell Douglas DC-10-15 Air Charter 4-Pack

Repaint textures for the freeware Thomas Ruth/Erick Cantu McDonnell Douglas DC10 series. Based on the updated FSX with VC models multi-pack (TOMDC10.ZIP), which includes the -10, -15, -30, and -40 models. With plenty of life left before heading to the boneyard, these DC-10's are pressed into service with four small time mom and pop charter operators: Charterlink America, Holiday Alaska Charters, Honolulu Aero Charter, and Tropicanada Island Tours. These repaints work with any of the four Ruth/Cantu model variations. Also includes engine exhaust smoke coordinates for FSX which you can add to your various model's "aircraft.cfg" files if you wish. Repaints by Tom Tiedman.

Installation:

• Copy and paste (or drag and drop) the four enclosed texture folders into your DC-10's various model's airplane folders.
• Copy and paste the four [fltsim.X] infos found below into your Ruth-Cantu DC-10 various model's "aircraft.cfg" files, remembering to change the "X's" in [fltsim.X] to the next numbers in line among your DC-10 repaints. (Notice these [fltsim.X] entries below are all for the DC-10-15 model. Change to -10, -30, or -40 if you want to use with the other variations if you prefer to keep your airplane menu orderly).
• Copy and paste the [SMOKESYSTEM] info found below into each of your chosen DC-10 model's "aircraft.cfg" files if you wish to use engine exhaust smoke.
• Click 'file', click 'save'.
• Find these repaints in your airplane menu under McDonnell Douglas.
• Have fun flights!
