FSX British Airways Boeing 787-9 V4

This freeware release for FSX showcases a refined Boeing 787-9 in British Airways livery with adjusted wing root shaping, broader entry points, and subtle updates to the windows. Moreover, it provides enhanced animated air ducts, supplementary communication and satellite receivers, and expanded ground service functionalities, including animations of trailers being attached and detached. The real-world Boeing 787-9, often referred to as a stretched Dreamliner, serves medium-to-long-range routes effectively. British Airways operates this extended variant to meet broader passenger demands. This CamSim Version 4 adaptation includes aircraft-specific tweaks and distinct ground service routines.

Installation Instructions

• Extract all aircraft files to the FSX “Airplane” folder.
• If you have not installed any of Camil Valiquette’s AGS aircraft in the past, unzip “Effects.zip” into the main FSX directory. These files should reside in the “Effects” folder.

The included Animated Ground Servicing (AGS) expands your simulation with operational support vehicles and stairways.

Using AGS Features

To access additional animations, assign these controls in your simulator’s Options:

• Shift+E: Open or close passenger air stairs door M2.
• Shift+E+2: Open or close door M1, activating FSX ground animations.
• Shift+D: Open or close cargo doors (tail hook up/down).
• Shift+C: Engage or disengage wing fold animations, including selected ground services.
