How to install this mod

FSX / P3D aircraft

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Copy aircraft files into SimObjects

    Place the aircraft folder inside FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\. The folder must contain an aircraft.cfg file. Effects go into FSX\Effects\; gauges go into FSX\Gauges\.

  3. Verify in FSX

    Launch FSX, go to Free Flight → Select Aircraft and find your new aircraft under its manufacturer.

  4. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.

    Guys, just adjust your contact points in your Aircraft .cfg.

    point.0 = 1, -20.0, 0.0, -10.0, 1000, 0, 0.8, 80.0, 0.2, 2.5, 0.9, 0.0, 0.0, 0.

    Increase the 3rd value -10.0 slightly until the wheels are on the runway.

    1. Go to the Aircrafts GFG File and delete the existing lines of contact points.
    2. Copy and paste these lines there and your Airbus A319-114 will then sit on the ground correctly.

    Ditto the above comments, worse even that the Air Berlin 737. At least that add-on left most of the tyres showing!

    Pretty straight forward until you are ready to fly. Then you find you are mired in the runway, buried nearly covering the landing gear.
