FSX T-6G Texan Civilian Restoration

Installation:

  • Place the "textures" in the texture folder into the/SimObjects/Airplanes/fsds_t-6/texture, it will overwrite the original ones, I have provided back up the original ones in case you don't like it.
  • Also to change the pilot from young to old, Place the pilot texture in Old man pilot floder into the /SimObjects/Airplanes/fsds_t-6/texture, it will overwrite the original one.
  • Then place the texture.Reno_57 folder into the /SimObjects/Airplanes/fsds_t-6, then in the aircraft.CFG. file, place this entry, and corresponding number entry.

FSX / P3D add-on

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

I have downloaded several of your T-6G Texan repaints. I really like your work but the checkered cowling does not appear. Any solutions to this problem. The plane flies just fine but I would really like to have the full livery. William
