Gendarmerie Nationale Bell 412 The repaint is purely fictional because the French "Gendarmerie Nationale" has no Bell helicopters in service. Special thanks to Dirk Hueschelrath for the seat color and new interior. Textures only; requires original Cera aircraft. By Bernhard Lechner.

Installation:

1. Unzip the file.

2. Put the folder "texture.GENDARM" in the directory “SIMOBJECTS/ROTORCRAFT/BELL412_EP”

3. Open the aircraft.cfg file and paste the following text into the file after the previous aircraft repaint, ensuring to replace [fltsim.XX] with the next number in sequence.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D Repaint for Payware Model

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Add livery to base aircraft folder

    Place the texture folder (typically texture.{airline}) inside FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\{base-aircraft}\.

  3. Update aircraft.cfg

    Open the base aircraft.cfg in Notepad. Add a new [fltsim.X] section per the readme.

  4. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
