FSX Aerodromo Tomas Fernandez Espada Scenery

Aerodromo Tomas Fernandez Espada (LETF), Villamartin, Cadiz, Spain v2. This version fixes a bug that prevented AI traffic from takingoff from runway 24. By Felix Fernandez de Castro.

In this revision it has been fixed a bug that avoided AI traffic taking off from Runway 24. This Pack can be used alone, and doesn’t need any element of the previous one. Some terrain improvements has been added too.

Correction to the previous "Readme": there is no problem with the radio, it works perfectly!

Installation:
A) If you have installed the previous version, please replace the oldest files with the new ones; I have maintained always the same name for making safe the replacement.

B) If you don’t have the previous version of this Pack, please place the folder “LETF - Villamartin” in the “Addon Scenery” folder of your FSX. Start FSX, go to Menu “World”, “Scenery Library”, “Add New Zone”, and select the folder.

Basic scenery of the LETF "Aeródromo Tomás Fernández Espada", Villamartín (Cádiz, Spain) for FSX [SP2 + Acc]

Although this airfield has activity from at least ten years ago, only now it has received its ICAO code "LETF". Very close to the airfield is the nice hotel "La Antigua Estación", provided with a luxurious swimming pool for relax after your flights (I hope to include it in a future version).

This scenery has only that we can call the "SDK Object Placement Tool" degree of realism: not the real thing, but --I hope so-- best than the desert.

I have tested this scenery with the default FSX mesh and scenery and it works well, but I have designed it, for best accuracy, with the wonderful free 38m Europe Mesh of Taburet & Ferranti and the payware add-on "UTX Europe". I have tested it with some GA AI Traffic, and I think that it is OK, too, but we must remember that the length of the runway is only 560 meters, so many planes, even the small ones, run across the grass after finishing the runway.

I have a problem with the radio of the airfield, I am not able to make it work (the real frequency is 122.475 MHz). Maybe some of you can help me about this, thanks in advance.

Installation:

Please place the folder “LETF - Villamartin” in the “Addon Scenery” folder of your FSX. Start FSX, go to Menu “World”, “Scenery Library”, “Add New Zone”, and select the folder.
