FSX Trinca Airport Scenery

Trinca Airport (13N) brings a faithful small-turf airfield to northwest New Jersey, about three miles southwest of Andover, with turf parking by the hangars and a wind indicator to guide pattern work. Built for FSX with satellite-referenced placement, it pairs especially well with MegaScenery Earth New York 007 but does not require it.

Scenery Trinca Airport (13N), NJ. Located 3 miles SW of Andover, New Jersey on 12 acres of land, Trinca Airport is a small turf field publicly owned by Green Township. Parking is available on the turf patch around the hangars. Field is unlit, hence the airport is closed sunset to sunrise. By Drew Sikora.

Located 03 miles SW of Andover, New Jersey on 12 acres of land, Trinca Airport is a small turf field publicly owned by Green Township. Parking is available on the turf patch around the hangars. Field is unlit, hence the airport is closed Sunset to sunrise.

Scenery constructed with use of Google Maps images, the author has not been there in person.

This scenery is meant to be used in conjunction with MegaScenery Earth New York 007. It is not required, but apron use is minimized to allow satellite scenery to show through as much as possible - lack of it may make scenery look out of place.

Installation:

Unzip the folder 13N to wherever you stash your add-on scenery, then activate within the FSX scenery library.

This airport uses external scenery objects. Include the files in the Objects folder as needed if you notice objects missing (either just place them in the 13N/Scenery folder or create another scenery layer for them).

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place scenery in Addon Scenery

Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.
Activate in Scenery Library

In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.
