FSX Corrected Scenery File For VAPO

VAPO Pune’s PUN VOR/DME gets a corrected scenery BGL that restores realistic reception, extending the DME range to 195 nm instead of the commonly reported 25–27 nm. Built for FSX, it requires PUNEFSX.ZIP and improves enroute navigation and instrument approaches around Pune with accurate navaid performance.

Corrected range for PUN VORDME.

Some people have contacted me saying the PUN VOR DME has a range of only around 25nm. I have corrected it to 195nm.

Simply delete the earlier BGL and replace with this one. Feel free to contact me for any thing.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place scenery in Addon Scenery

Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.
Activate in Scenery Library

In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.

Use these coordinates to fly directly to this location once the mod is installed.
