FSX USAAF Piper J-3 Cub Cockpit Fix

USAAF Piper J-3 Cub cockpit textures restore working gauges and sharpen the virtual cockpit presentation by replacing the problematic pit1 and pit3 files in the USAAF texture set. Designed for the A2A Cub in FSX, this quick visual fix improves day-to-day usability while keeping the classic trainer’s military character intact.

If you are reading this, you are likely to know of the problems with my usaaf cub. here are new cockpit textures to replace the old ones, which will make the gauges work.

To Install:

Simply paste the two files, pit1 and pit3 into the texture.usaaf folder.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D panel / gauge

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place panel files

Panel files go inside FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\{aircraft}\panel\. Back up the existing panel folder first.
Always read the included readme

Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
