What should I check before buying a Typhoon?
- Simulator and platform: Confirm MSFS 2020 or MSFS 2024 support and whether the aircraft is available on PC, Xbox or PlayStation 5.
- Systems depth: Look beyond an animated cockpit. Check which HUD, MFD, navigation, autopilot and start-up functions are actually simulated.

Developers can create radar-style displays, visual stores, targeting pages and effects, but their functionality varies widely. Weapons may be cosmetic, disabled or omitted from a particular edition, so a long loadout list does not prove that the aircraft has meaningful combat systems.
Why is the Typhoon missing after installation?
A missing aircraft is usually caused by the wrong simulator package, an extra nested folder or an edition installed outside its intended content manager.
- Confirm the product: An FSX or FS2004 Eurofighter cannot be converted to MSFS merely by copying its folder.
