How do I install an A320neo livery in MSFS 2020?
On PC, extract the downloaded package and place its correctly structured folder in the MSFS 2020 Community folder.
- Confirm compatibility: Check whether the download targets the default A320neo, FlyByWire A32NX or A320neo V2.
- Extract the archive: Do not copy the unopened ZIP or RAR file into
Community. - Find the package root: The folder you copy should contain files such as
manifest.jsonandlayout.json. A wrapper folder containing several separate packages should not be installed as one package. - Restart the simulator: Select the correct A320 variant, then choose the repaint through its livery or aircraft-variation selector.

Why is my downloaded A320neo livery not showing?
A missing livery is usually caused by the wrong aircraft version, an unextracted archive or an extra folder level above the actual package.
- Wrong model: Load the exact A320 variant named by the repaint author.
- Nested package folder: Move the folder containing
manifest.jsonandlayout.jsondirectly intoCommunity. - Duplicate installation: Remove older copies of the same repaint; conflicting package names can prevent the intended version from loading correctly.
- Pink or chequered textures: Redownload the package and confirm that it supports your aircraft. This normally indicates missing, incomplete or incompatible texture files.
- Outdated conversion: If an aircraft update changed its model or livery format, obtain a compatible release rather than assuming the old repaint will continue to work.
Can I install downloaded A320neo liveries on Xbox?
No. Xbox does not expose an MSFS Community folder, so ZIP-based liveries downloaded from websites cannot be installed manually. Xbox users must obtain compatible liveries through the simulator's Marketplace; PC Community packages cannot simply be transferred to the console.
