How do I use Navigraph with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024?
On PC, use Navigraph with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 by installing Navigraph Hub, the Charts In-Game Panel and Simlink, then signing into the same account. Plan in Charts or SimBrief, load the route through the EFB or supported avionics, and run Simlink whenever you want live aircraft tracking.
Which Navigraph components do I need?
Most PC users need Charts and Simlink; the other components depend on how they plan flights and which aircraft they fly.

How do I install Navigraph in MSFS 2024?
The cleanest method is to let Navigraph Hub detect the active MSFS 2024 installation rather than copying packages into the Community folder manually.
- Close MSFS 2024. Packages installed while the simulator is running may not appear until the next full restart.
- Install Navigraph Hub and Simlink. Sign into both applications with the same Navigraph account.
- Select Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 in Hub. Check that Hub has found the 2024 packages location, not an older MSFS 2020 installation.
- Install the Charts In-Game Panel. Add compatible navdata or avionics packages only if you need them and Hub explicitly offers them for your installation.
- Start Simlink and MSFS 2024. Simlink may be configured to launch automatically, but it still needs to be running for external Charts apps to receive the aircraft position.
- Open Navigraph from the simulator toolbar. Authorise the panel when prompted, then load your flight or chart. If you prefer a larger display, leave Charts open on a second monitor or mobile device.

How do I load a SimBrief route into MSFS 2024?
Use SimBrief to generate the operational flight plan, then fetch that latest plan through the MSFS 2024 EFB or the aircraft’s own SimBrief integration.
- Create and generate the flight in SimBrief. Saving a draft is not enough; the receiving EFB or avionics normally retrieves the latest generated flight.
- Connect the correct account. Enter the SimBrief username or pilot identifier requested by that particular aircraft or EFB.
- Import the flight. Follow our MSFS 2024 SimBrief import procedure for the built-in EFB.
- Review the route before departure. Confirm the runway, SID, STAR, approach, cruise altitude and any route discontinuities rather than accepting the import untouched.
- Send or load it into the avionics. Automatic EFB-to-FMS transfer works only in aircraft that support it. Others require their own import command or manual route entry.
Navigraph Charts, SimBrief, the EFB, the aircraft FMS and MSFS ATC are separate systems. A route appearing on a chart does not prove it has reached the aircraft or the simulator’s active ATC flight plan. Why does the route appear in Navigraph but not in the aircraft?
A Navigraph charted route and an aircraft flight plan are not automatically the same object.
- The SimBrief flight was not generated: regenerate it, then fetch the latest flight again.
- The wrong account is connected: verify the SimBrief identity stored in the EFB or avionics.
- The aircraft lacks route transfer: use its own SimBrief import feature or enter the route in the FMS manually.
- Procedures are missing: many operational plans require the departure runway, SID, arrival, STAR or approach to be selected in the aircraft after import.
- The AIRAC cycles differ: update supported components through Hub. A procedure available in one database may be renamed, changed or absent in another.
How do I fix a missing panel or Simlink connection?
Most Navigraph failures in MSFS 2024 come from an incorrect packages path, a simulator restart being skipped or Simlink not receiving data.
The Navigraph toolbar panel is missing
Close the simulator, confirm in Hub that the Charts In-Game Panel is installed for MSFS 2024, then restart the sim. If it remains absent, check toolbar customisation and temporarily remove unrelated Community packages to rule out a conflict. Do not reuse a panel copied from an MSFS 2020 Community folder.
Simlink says no simulator is connected
Make sure Simlink is running under the same Windows user, signed into the intended account and permitted through the firewall. Start an actual flight rather than remaining in the menus. If it still cannot detect MSFS 2024, work through our Simlink connection troubleshooting steps.
Charts opens but the aircraft symbol does not move
Enable the moving-map or ownship option in Charts and confirm that Simlink reports a live simulator connection. An aircraft symbol can also appear missing when the chart is centred elsewhere or zoomed too far out.
Does Navigraph work with MSFS 2024 on Xbox or PlayStation?
Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PS5 Pro cannot run the Windows versions of Navigraph Hub, Community-folder packages or Simlink.
You can still use Navigraph Charts on a separate supported device as a chart reference and use SimBrief cloud import where a console aircraft or EFB explicitly provides that integration. Features built into a particular aircraft may vary, but a console cannot provide the standard PC Simlink moving-map connection.
