Stanley Municipal’s instrument provision is compact but balanced: two RNAV (GPS) approaches serve two runway ends, rather than concentrating access on a single direction. There are no published departure procedures or airport diagram in this cycle. The 3,900 ft asphalt runway provides substantially more usable length than the 1,185 ft turf runway, whose short length sharply narrows the range of aircraft able to use it.
Tioga Municipal has the same number of published charts, while New Town Municipal, Mohall Municipal and especially Kenmare Municipal have thinner sets. Minot AFB stands apart with much broader procedure coverage. The Billings and Twin Cities sectional charts add wider VFR context beyond Stanley’s airport-specific instrument procedures.
