Harper Municipal has a single published RNAV (GPS) approach, so there is no choice of instrument approach type. Its two-runway layout offers alternative alignments, but the 3,268 ft asphalt runway provides 1,130 ft more length than the turf runway; the shorter strip is therefore the more restrictive by dimension.
Anthony Municipal, Kingman/Clyde Cessna Field, Wellington Municipal and Medford Municipal all have similarly small chart sets, ranging from two to four publications. Wichita Dwight D Eisenhower National is the clear contrast, with substantially broader coverage at 22 charts. The Wichita Sectional adds the wider visual-navigation context absent from Harper’s small instrument set.
