Barksdale AFB’s procedure set is concentrated on both ends of its sole runway. Twelve approach plates provide ILS, localiser and VOR options, with Runway 15 and Runway 33 each served rather than one direction lacking a published approach. Six ILS and six localiser entries make those procedure types the core of the set, while two VOR approaches add another form of guidance. The 11,758 ft runway provides substantial available distance, but there is no second runway alignment.
