Two procedure-backed landing directions

Crookston’s instrument coverage is narrowly focused: both approaches are RNAV (GPS), providing a procedure-backed option at each of two runway ends. There is no airport diagram. The turf runway adds a second alignment, but it is 1,323 ft shorter than the asphalt runway, so the two strips do not offer equivalent dimensions or surfaces.

Regional chart context

Grand Forks International has the broadest published procedure set among the nearby fields, while Thief River Falls Regional and Grand Forks AFB also have notably more coverage than Crookston. Fertile Municipal is closest in scale, and Warren Municipal is thinner. The Twin Cities Sectional adds surrounding VFR context not supplied by the terminal procedures.
