Kemmerer Municipal has three runway alignments, but published approaches serve only two of the six runway ends. Both are RNAV (GPS), so the instrument coverage is concentrated rather than spread across the full runway configuration or across different approach types. The 8,203-ft asphalt runway provides substantially more available length than either the 2,671-ft concrete runway or the 3,271-ft turf-dirt runway.
Evanston-Uinta County Burns Field, Bear Lake County and Afton have chart sets of comparable breadth. Fort Bridger’s coverage is notably thinner, while Miley Memorial Field sits between the two groups. The Salt Lake City sectional adds the wider VFR and en-route context absent from the terminal procedures. No separate airport diagram is published for KEMM.

CTAF 122.8. Full civil VHF list, with sector notes, is in the frequencies table on this page — from the FAA NASR subscription.
Kemmerer Muni has 3 runways. The longest is 16/34 at 8,203 ft by 75 ft, asphalt. Full runway dimensions, lighting and approach aids are listed on this page.
No ILS is published. In total KEMM has 2 published instrument approaches, of which 2 are RNAV (GPS).
The field elevation is 7,288 ft. At that height the air is thin enough to matter: take-off and landing distances are longer than the same aircraft would need at sea level, and the effect worsens as temperature rises. The approach charts carry the altitudes that apply.
No — Kemmerer Muni has no control tower. Traffic co-ordinates on a common frequency rather than with a controller, which is listed in the frequencies table on this page.
