Logan-Cache combines ILS and localiser capability with two RNAV (GPS) approaches, but instrument coverage is concentrated on only two runway ends. The single departure procedure complements these arrivals without creating a large or complex chart set.
The two intersecting alignments provide different runway orientations, while the 9,020-ft runway offers more than twice the available length of the 4,075-ft strip; runway length therefore differs substantially between them. Among nearby fields, Ogden-Hinckley and Hill AFB have broader procedure collections, Bear Lake County and Evanston-Uinta County Burns Field are closest in scale, and Brigham City Regional has much thinner coverage. The Salt Lake City Sectional adds broader VFR planning context beyond the airport-specific instrument procedures.
