Manchester Boston Regional has published approaches to all four runway ends, rather than concentrating instrument coverage on a single alignment. The mix spans ILS, RNAV (GPS) and localiser procedures, with one ILS carrying CAT II/III minima. Runway 17/35 is 1,599 ft longer than 06/24, while the shorter alignment still extends beyond 7,600 ft; the configuration therefore combines two distinct alignments with substantial runway distance on each.
Among nearby fields, Lawrence Municipal has the most comparable breadth of published procedures. Concord Municipal and Boire Field have appreciably thinner sets, while Jaffrey and Fitchburg are thinner again. The New York Sectional supplies wider-area VFR context, complemented by the more detailed terminal-area perspective of the Boston Terminal Area Chart.
