Mineral Wells Regional has two intersecting runways, but published approaches serve only two of the four runway ends. The set combines an ILS and localiser capability with two RNAV (GPS) procedures and a VOR option, providing both precision and non-precision coverage. Runway 13/31 is nearly 1,800 ft longer than 17/35, making the two alignments materially different where available runway length is a factor.
Parker County and Bourland Field have much broader procedure sets, while Possum Kingdom and Bridgeport Municipal each have only three charts. Granbury Regional, with five, is closest to Mineral Wells in overall chart volume. The Dallas–Ft Worth sectional supplies broader VFR context, while the Terminal Area Chart adds a more detailed view of the surrounding area than the instrument procedures alone.
