Parker County’s chart coverage is strongly weighted towards departures: twelve departure procedures sit alongside a single VOR approach. Instrument arrival choice is therefore narrow, with no alternative published approach type. Runway 17/35 provides one alignment and 2,892 ft of available length, placing the practical emphasis on aircraft with take-off and landing requirements that fit that distance.
Bourland Field has chart coverage comparable in breadth, while Fort Worth NAS JRB and Fort Worth Meacham International have substantially larger sets. Kenneth Copeland and Mineral Wells Regional are much more lightly covered. The Dallas–Fort Worth sectional adds broad VFR context, the Terminal Area Chart supplies more detailed local coverage, and the Helicopter Route Chart shows the separate helicopter-route framework around Weatherford.
