Worcester Regional’s seven approach charts serve three of its four runway ends. The mix combines ILS, RNAV (GPS), VOR and localiser procedures, with one ILS carrying CAT II/III minima. This provides several forms of instrument guidance, but leaves one runway end without a published approach. The 7,001 ft runway is also the only alignment available to aircraft requiring more than 5,000 ft.
Nearby fields have much thinner published chart sets. Fitchburg Municipal is the closest comparison with four charts, while Gardner Municipal has three and the remaining listed airports have two each. The New York Sectional supplies broader VFR context, while the Boston Terminal Area Chart provides the more focused VFR view around Worcester.
