Approach and runway coverage

North Little Rock Municipal has three instrument approaches serving two of its four runway ends. Two RNAV procedures and a localiser provide more than one form of guidance, but the coverage remains concentrated rather than extending to every direction. The two runway alignments are not dimensionally equivalent: the 5,002 ft runway provides nearly 2,000 ft more length than the 3,019 ft runway, so aircraft requiring the longer distance cannot make equal use of both alignments.

Surrounding chart coverage

Nearby procedure coverage varies markedly. KLIT has a much broader chart set, while KLRF is closer in scale to North Little Rock; KSUZ is similarly covered, and KCXW is notably thinner. The Memphis Sectional adds the wider visual-navigation context absent from the airport diagram and terminal procedure charts.
