Selective instrument coverage

Instrument coverage is concentrated on just two of St Clair County International’s four runway ends. Three approach plates provide ILS/localiser and RNAV (GPS) options, leaving the other two ends without a published approach. The procedure set is therefore selective rather than runway-wide. Runway 04/22 is 1,104 ft longer than 10/28, giving the two alignments distinctly different usable lengths. No airport diagram is published, so the set adds no dedicated plan view of the runway layout.

Nearby chart coverage

KMTC has a much broader procedure collection, with 27 charts. D95 matches PHN’s five-chart total, while 57D, D98 and 77G have thinner coverage. The Detroit Sectional supplies broader VFR context beyond the instrument procedures.
