Oakland/Troy’s chart set is heavily weighted towards departures: twelve departure procedures contrast with a single RNAV (GPS) approach. That approach serves only one end of the sole 10/28 runway, leaving the opposite end without a published instrument approach. The 3,549-ft runway also provides no second alignment or longer runway option within the field. No airport diagram is published.
Coleman A Young Municipal, Oakland County International and Selfridge ANGB each have similarly broad procedure collections, while Canton-Plymouth-Mettetal and Ray Community have much thinner chart coverage. For visual flying, the Detroit Sectional supplies regional context, the Detroit Terminal Area Chart adds terminal-area detail, and the Detroit Helicopter Route Chart shows the area’s published helicopter routing.
