Troy’s procedure set serves all four ends of its two-runway layout rather than concentrating instrument access on one alignment. RNAV (GPS) procedures form the largest group, but the mix also includes ILS, localiser and NDB guidance. The ILS adds a precision option alongside satellite-based and conventional guidance. With 07/25 and 14/32 crossing, the airport diagram shows how the two alignments meet and how the procedure-served ends relate.
Among the listed nearby fields, Montgomery Regional is the only one with broader procedure coverage than Troy. Franklin Field, Clayton Municipal, Mac Crenshaw Memorial and Ozark/Blackwell Field all have much thinner chart sets. The Atlanta and New Orleans sectionals add wider VFR context beyond the terminal procedures, placing Troy on two regional visual-navigation sheets.
