South Australia’s regional airports get a realism-focused refresh, updating Mildura and Broken Hill plus other default fields using Google Earth and Australian Air Services references for truer layouts, runway placement, and taxiway details. Built for busy AI operations and regional airline routes from Adelaide, the scenery integrates cleanly with FSX.

Flight Simulator X Prepar3D

SA Regional Airports (includes Mildura and Broken Hill). Updates to default airports in South Australia based on Google Earth and Australian Air Services web site. By Kym Burton.

Chuck all files in your /Addonscenery/Scenery folder.

Have made amendments to all default airports in FSX as per Google Earth and from Australian Air Services website. Makes airports close as possible to the real world. Have done this with Ultimate Traffic in mind.

All included airports are serviced from YPAD Adelaide either by Regional Express or O'Connor Airlines.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D add-on

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place files per the readme

    Most FSX add-ons go into one of: SimObjects\Airplanes\, Addon Scenery\, Effects\, or Gauges\.

  3. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
