Charles Prince Airport, formerly named Mount Hampden and renamed after former airport manager Charles Prince (who was a Royal Air Force officer during World War II), is located approximately 21 km northwest of Harare, Zimbabwe. During Word War II it served as a Rhodesian Air Training Group (RATG) location, training pilots for the British Commonwealth Air Training Plan. In 1973 the airport was converted to civilian use.

Presently the airport caters for private and training operations. Non-scheduled flights are available to almost all local holiday resorts and regional destinations like South Africa ( Lanseria, Polokwane), Mozambique ( Beira, Maputo, Vilanqulous, Quilimane), Botswana (Francistown, Gaberone, Kasane) and Malawi (Chileka).

Customs, immigration control, aircraft parking, refueling and aircraft maintenance services are available. Limited weather information service is provided through Harare International Airport.

Installation:

1. Drop the FVCP.bgl and FVCP_cvx.BGL into your FSX/Addon scenery/scenery folder AND FURTHER MORE move the Scenery_Global_Scenery file (Airport_Buildings_AP.bgl) to the "Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Scenery\Global\Scenery" folder. This is because some of the Hangers are not standard part of the FSX SP2 Acceleration Object Library - If you do not have it already.

I have tried to make it close to realistic as possible using Airport Scenery Creator v1.40.07 and the objects that are available for use from FSX SP2 - Acceleration.
