How to install this mod

FSX / P3D mission

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place mission files

    Missions go into FSX\Missions\ as a sub-folder. The folder must contain an XML file describing the mission.

  3. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.

    Installation doesn't work/incomplete because sas10.wav contains invalid data.

    There is a serious issue that I can't seem to fix. Even when using 7-Zip or WinRAR to extract the files instead of the default Windows application, I encounter errors.

    When using the default Windows extractor, an unspecified error appears: Error: 0x80004005: Unspecified error every time I extract it with Windows. Other extracting tools report multiple errors.

    All files extract properly, except for the actual application.
