The Solent was a large and powerful flying boat airliner of 1946 built for BOAC and TEAL, Tasman Empire Airways Ltd. The last Solent was retired in 1960. A Solent 3 of BOAC and Solent 4's of TEAL, early and late, and Aquila Airways included. Version 2 model modified to work with FSX as well as FS2004. Improved panel.

FSX / P3D add-on
  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

    Kudos! My only warning to fellow sim pilots is to go full flaps and full throttle on takeoff.

    this is a very good plane, but it is heavy and it is also over powered. I like it.

    As a pvt pilot I think this is a great flying sim aircraft, the VC works great. Looks are top notch. Thanks for the auto install. It helps a lot. I wish some one would make a B-17 flying fort.
