FS2004 Douglas DC-3 SAS

Douglas DC-3 repaint pack brings classic SAS, Linjeflyg, and Swedish Air Force markings to MAAM-Sim’s R4D/DC-3 for FS2004, depicting Flying Veterans’ SE-CFP before its later “Daisy” scheme. Textures focus on authentic period styling and include multiple aircraft variations for a varied historic fleet, and requires the MAAM R4D/DC-3 plus C-47A OY-BPB.

  • Install MAAM R4D/DC3.
  • Install C-47A OY-BPB also from MAAM.
  • Unzip Per Hjerten's daisy1_3.zip to a temporary folder.
  • Change the folder texture to texture.1 You don't use Per's aircraft.cfg, move the folder texture.1 to main folder MAAM-SIM OY-BPB.
  • Unzip tidigdaisy.zip to a temporary folder. Move all files and folders to main folder MAAM-SIM OY-BPB. Answer yes to over wright aircraft.cfg.

Now you should have five aircrafts. Fridtjof Viking, Linjeflyg SE-CFP, Flygvapnet TP79006, Daisy and the Danish Dakota OY-BPB.

FS2004 add-on

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place files per readme

    FS2004 add-ons go into FS9\Aircraft\, FS9\Addon Scenery\, FS9\Gauges\, or FS9\Effects\.

  3. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
