Air Berlin–Etihad Airbus A320-214 repaint for FSX brings registration D-ABDU to the Project Airbus model with crisp merged livery and polished visuals. It includes idle-reverser animation, animated vents and valves, refined wingflex and shine, detailed engines with custom fan effects, double strobes, realistic control-surface droop, and tuned nosewheel steering.

This is an Airbus A320-214 of Air Berlin in the merged Air Berlin - Etihad colors, registration D-ABDU. Repaint by Mathieu Vos (APSS). Model by Project Airbus.

Installation:

  • Extract the compressed file folder under your FSX "SimObjects > Airplanes" folder.
  • Copy the file in the effects folder to your main Effects folder of FSX.
  • Enjoy.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D aircraft

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Copy aircraft files into SimObjects

    Place the aircraft folder inside FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\. The folder must contain an aircraft.cfg file. Effects go into FSX\Effects\; gauges go into FSX\Gauges\.

  3. Verify in FSX

    Launch FSX, go to Free Flight → Select Aircraft and find your new aircraft under its manufacturer.

  4. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
