The airfield is comprised of five runways, fourteen miles of taxiway, and 237 acres of concrete and asphalt apron. Logan Airport has five passenger
terminals, A, B, C, D and E (International Gateway), each with its own ticketing, baggage claim, and ground transportation facilities. There are 102 gate positions
at Logan which are available for both scheduled and non-scheduled service. A city within a city, Logan International Airport has its own State Police Troop (F),
Fire-Rescue Unit and non-denominational chapel, Our Lady of the Airways. As it builds and modernizes to accommodate future air travel, while continuing to provide
