Installation Process

1. Extract or unpack the “USAF T-33” zip to a temporary location, such as your desktop.
2. Move the entire “USAF T-33” folder (with the six subfolders) into the default aircraft directory typically found at: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\SimObjects\Airplanes.
3. Place the provided gauges in the main FSX\Gauges folder to incorporate the T-33’s instruments. These gauges come from Tim Conrad’s F-5 configuration, repurposed here for the T-33 cockpit layout.
4. Insert the optional effects (engine smoke) into the FSX\Effects folder. If you prefer a smoke-free flight environment, you may skip this step.
