FSX Darwin Rescue Mission

Darwin Rescue Mission drops a ready-to-fly helicopter scenario into rough weather, tasking pilots with hoisting three men from stormy seas and delivering them safely to Darwin Airport (YPDN) for medical handoff. Built for Microsoft Flight Simulator X, it starts with rotors running on the ramp and requires FSX Acceleration.

Darwin Rescue Mission.

This flight will only work in FSX "Acceleration".

When you've run the lift flight, you will be sat, rotors running, on the YPDN tarmac.
Take off to rescue 3 mans overboard on a thunder storm capsize.
Once successfully hoist up, fly direct to Darwin airport (YPDN), and land near ambulance.

Carry out the following steps:

1. Extract all the files into a temporary folder on your Desktop.

2. Cut the five Darwin_rescue files and paste into the "Yourname/Documents/Flight Simulator X Files/ " folder. (This is where FSX saves it's flight files).

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D mission

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place mission files

Missions go into FSX\Missions\ as a sub-folder. The folder must contain an XML file describing the mission.
Always read the included readme

Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
