FSX Hunter AAF - Fort Stewart Scenery

Hunter Army Air Field at Fort Stewart (KSVN) receives a detailed refresh for FSX, adding military combat parking, two fire stations, reworked buildings and tower placement, plus static helicopters, fuel trucks, cars, and improved lighting. Taxiways and aprons align more closely with real-world charts and imagery and uses only stock objects.

Hunter AAF - Fort Stewart Scenery.

MS didn't do much with military bases in FSX. Here is an improved version of the stock Hunter Army Air Field at Fort Stewart. I added Military_Combat parking spaces. I added two fire stations and fire trucks. I removed and replaced many default buildings, added additional buildings and moved the control tower. Added static fuel trucks, helicopters, parking lots with cars and light poles. Added, removed, or adjusted taxiways and aprons.

I use Just Flight's Military Plus Packs and they work fine with this airport. I also use Ultimate Terrain and FSGenesis landclass but they are not required. All objects are stock FSX so no additional object libraries are needed. Updates made using AirNav diagrams and Google Earth to be as accurate as possible. All work done with Flight 1's AFX program and Instant Scenery.

I will be doing other military bases as time permits.

INSTALLATION:

Extract the two files AFX_KSVN_JC.bgl and KSVN_JC.bgl into your Addon Scenery/Scenery folder, re-start FSX and enjoy.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery

Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
Place scenery in Addon Scenery

Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.
Activate in Scenery Library

In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.

Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.

Finding the scenery

Use these coordinates to fly directly to this location once the mod is installed.
