FSX East Hampton Scenery

East Hampton Airport (KHTO) scenery refreshes the default Long Island field in FSX with expanded GA parking, corrected taxiway placement and widths, updated ramp layout, and more accurate hangars and buildings. It also adds fuel trucks, four helipads, and realistic runway operations with 4/22 closed for takeoffs and landings.

Changes made to the default airport include:
Added GA parking, adjusted location and width of all taxiways, changed ramp space to match current real world layout using Google earth, added two fuel trucks, rwy 4-22 closed to takeoff/lanings, removed default office buildings and replaced with hangers where needed, added 4 helipads, and more.

To use just place the BGL file in your fsx/scenery addon/scenery folder and enjoy.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery

  1. Extract the downloaded archive

    Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.

  2. Place scenery in Addon Scenery

    Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.

  3. Activate in Scenery Library

    In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.

  4. Always read the included readme

    Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
