FSX Stewart AFB Add-On Scenery

Stewart Air Force Base at Newburgh, New York gains extra life with additional static vehicles, small action vignettes, and playful on-base details that enrich ramp and apron views. Built for Microsoft Flight Simulator X, it requires Jim Cook’s STEWART2.ZIP scenery to deliver the full layered experience.

Stewart AFB Add-On Scenery NY. A fictional scenery file that hopefully 'compliments' Jim Cook's STEWART2.ZIP scenery at the Newburg, New York, Stewart Air Force Base. You'll need his file to get the full effect. Look around, there are more static vehicles, action scenes, and questionable occurrences. By Alan D. Griswold.

Requires dependencies

This add-on may require the following files to function properly. If this is a repaint, the dependency below is likely the base aircraft package.

How to install this mod

FSX / P3D scenery
  1. Extract the downloaded archive

Use 7-Zip (free) or WinRAR to extract the ZIP to a temporary folder. Don't install while still zipped — the simulator can't read inside ZIP files.
  2. Place scenery in Addon Scenery

Create a folder under FSX\Addon Scenery\ containing scenery and texture sub-folders.
  3. Activate in Scenery Library

In FSX, go to Settings → Scenery Library → Add Area. Higher priority means it overrides lower entries for the same location.
  4. Always read the included readme

Every mod ships with a readme.txt or README file. It tells you exactly where files go, what dependencies are needed, and any quirks specific to this add-on.
